Register on Luma and present your ticket at the door.
BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) OR rent one from us for $5
📍 Where & When
Place: Joffrey Ballet School, in the West Village.
Time: Doors open at 6:30 PM. The meeting begins once the room fills, usually about 10–15 minutes after.
The yoga practice runs for about one hour.

🍻 After Yoga
Stick around! We'll head over to Pubkey, a pub just around the corner, to kick off the Friday night with food, drinks, and good company. Food/drink is not included.
🌿 What to Expect
We're a club, not a class. Come as you are, say hello to the people around you, and settle in.
Enjoy a stunning view of the West Village as you move and breath through an accessible, candlelit yoga practice.
We understand that life happens. Sometimes that means showing up late, in your pjs, or both. We leave some time at the beginning of our meetings to ease in and socialize.
⭐ Our Instructor
Dan Sohval came to yoga seeking ways to build inner discipline and mental balance. He is the founder of Yoga Club. A lifelong educator, he brings to his instruction the same humor and curiosity that guides his teaching in the classroom. He received his 200-hour certification at VeraYoga with additional training in yin and trauma-informed practices. Off the mat, he is a published author, teaches computer science, and is an avid fan Korean food
