​Longevity Los Angeles hosts a casual Sunset Ice Cream and Walk along the Venice boardwalk on Saturday, November 7, for anyone curious about living longer and better.
​What is this about?
​Most longevity events happen indoors with a screen at the front. This one happens outside at walking pace, which is a good setting for the kind of conversation that sticks. Walking is also one of the simplest habits tied to healthy ageing, so the evening puts a little of what we talk about into practice.
​What can you expect?
​We meet at Meadow in Venice and walk the boardwalk together at a relaxed pace.
​You can grab an ice cream along the way if you feel like it. It is optional, and plenty of people will simply enjoy the stroll.
​Expect easy conversations about longevity, wellness, and whatever else comes up, with no talks, no slides, and no agenda to keep up with.
​We finish back at Meadow, where we take a few group pictures to close the evening.
​Who is it for?
​Everyone is welcome. If you work in wellness or longevity, you will find people to swap notes with, and if you are simply curious about aging well, you will fit right in. Nobody expects you to know the jargon.
​What else is good to know?
​Meadow is both the meeting point and the end point.
​Wear comfortable shoes or flats, since there is walking involved.
​Dogs are welcome, so bring yours along.
​There is no photographer. We take a few group pictures at the end, and you are free to step out of the frame if you prefer.
