​As the days get shorter and Munich settles into cozy sweater weather, we’re gathering once again at our favorite spot, Max Pett, for a warm evening of community, vibrant plant-based dishes, and some good old longevity-nerding.

​Whether you’re optimizing your sleep and biomarkers, experimenting with cold plunges, or simply curious about building everyday habits to live longer and better - our table is open to everyone who shares a passion for healthy living.
