As the sun goes down over the Stadtpark, we're rolling out the mats for a grounding sunset flow, a chance to step away from the noise, reconnect with your body, and end the week with intention.

A guided Sunset Flow led by Jess from Puerto Espíritu, blending mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness — designed to release tension and restore balance, whatever your level.
Move & Flow: An accessible vinyasa sequence that meets your body where it is, challenging enough to feel, gentle enough to enjoy. No experience required.
Breathe & Reconnect: Conscious breathwork and meditation to downregulate stress and shift the nervous system toward rest and recovery.
Community & Connection: Meet like-minded people from Hamburg's longevity, wellness, and biohacking community in one of the city's most iconic settings.
