Ride & Refresh
Join Longevity Valencia for an easy late-afternoon ride from the city into the huerta of Alboraya, followed by a well-earned horchata stop. The idea is simple: move, spend time outdoors, meet people and experience one of Valencia’s most distinctive local landscapes and traditions.
Why Ride & Refresh? Regular movement and cardiorespiratory fitness are important parts of healthy ageing, but longevity is not only about structured workouts. Everyday movement, time outdoors and social connection all matter too.
Cycling through the huerta gives us a bit of all three, with a very Valencian refreshment along the way.
What to expect? We meet at Plaza de la Reina at 17:00. If you already have a bike, arrive ready to ride. If you need one, we will rent bikes for all people that need a Huerta vehicle :) directly at Plaza de la Reina from one of our bike collaborators over there.
We finish where we started, at Plaza de la Reina, by approximately 20:00.
