​Summer Longevity Fest

• ​👥 Free to join. Everyone is welcome!

​After some hot days, it's time to cool off by the Isar: our July Longevity Munich Stammtisch becomes a Summer Fest for the whole community. Outside by the river, with picnic vibes, movement, music, challenges, and lots of good people.

​We’ll meet for a relaxed healthy picnic. Please bring something healthy to eat and/or drink to share, and any outdoor games. Think fresh, colorful, nourishing, and summer-friendly.

​Expect longevity challenges with prizes, good conversations, dancing, community vibes, some surprises, and for everyone who’s up for it, a refreshing jump into the Isar.

​Everyone is welcome. Big or small, old faces and new faces, longevity geeks and the simply curious. Bring your friends, your family, your picnic blanket, and your best summer energy.

​We’ll stay into the evening and let the day fade out together by the river.
