About Event

Longevity Houston invites you to a free outdoor movement session with physical therapist Dr Casey Fattig at Richard & Meg Weekley Park in Cypress, just outside Houston.

  • 📅 Sunday, October 25, 2026

  • 🕕 10:00 AM

  • 📍 Richard & Meg Weekley Park, 19110 Longenbaugh Rd, Cypress, TX 77433 (map)

  • 🎟️ Free entry

What is this about?

Staying strong and mobile as you age comes down to a handful of basic movements done well. This morning is about getting those right, in the open air and with someone who treats movement for a living.

What will we do?

🎤 Casey opens with a short talk, then moves straight into practice.

  • Casey goes through the mechanics of the squat, the pull-up and the push-up with you (mechanics means how your joints and muscles share the load), so you leave knowing what good form feels like.

  • You try each movement at the outdoor gym, whatever your current level.

  • If there is time, we finish with a walk along the 1-mile path through the park.

Who is it for?

🧠 Anyone interested in longevity, from complete beginners to people who train every week. You do not need any gym experience to join in.
