Longevity Mainz Social Run & Coffee
Fancy a relaxed Sunday afternoon with some movement, good conversation, and new people?
Join us for an easy social run through Mainz. We are planning to run approximately five kilometres at a comfortable pace that still allows us to chat along the way. This is not about racing or chasing personal bests. It is simply an opportunity to get outside, move together, and enjoy a good afternoon.
After the run, we will head to a nearby café where we can continue the conversation, enjoy a coffee or refreshing drink, and get to know each other.
You do not need to be a longevity expert or know anyone in the group beforehand. Whether you have been exploring healthy ageing for years or are simply curious and enjoy being active with others, you are very welcome. If you can comfortably run around five kilometres at an easy pace, you will fit right in.

Easy social run of approximately five kilometres
Café visit together afterwards
Finish at around 4:30 pm
Please wear comfortable running clothes and bring something to drink. Participation is free. Everyone pays for their own food and drinks at the café. The event will be held in German and English.
