The Longevity Cologne Running Club is our regular social running format, bringing the community together for runs around Cologne, some movement and good conversations along the way.
Running is one of the simplest ways to work on your cardiorespiratory fitness, build your aerobic base and support healthy longevity. We will keep this one at a conversational pace, so the goal is to be able to chat while we run.
No race numbers, no competition and no need to chase a personal best. Just a good morning outside with the community.
We will meet at 09:00 next to COPT.ZENTRUM, Luxemburger Straße 90, at the southern end of the Innerer Grüngürtel. Please be there on time, as we will start the warm-up and head off together shortly after. Please join the Longevity Cologne WhatsApp group for the exact meeting point and any updates.
After the run, we will cool down together and keep things open. Depending on what the group feels like, we can stay for a chat or head somewhere nearby for coffee, drinks and some relaxed networking.

Both newer and experienced runners are welcome. If you can comfortably cover 5K at a conversational pace, you should fit right in. You do not need to know anyone beforehand, and you certainly do not need to be a serious runner.
Please come ready to run, as there will be no bag drop or changing area. Bring your own water and some sun protection.
