Sunset City Hike + Healthy Dinner
We're excited to host our very first Longevity Austin event! We will explore a scenic stretch of the Shoal Creek Trail together, connect in nature, and wrap up the evening with a healthy dinner nearby.
This hike is a great option if you’re looking for a low-pressure way to get outside after work, move your body, and connect with others without anything too strenuous.

🕔 Time: 5:30 pm
📍 Meeting Point: In front of Trader Joe's (211 Walter Seaholm Dr, Austin, TX 78701) — Note: There are plenty of parking options available nearby
Schedule:
5:30 pm - Meet in front of Trader Joe's, brief welcome from the Longevity Austin team, and a short round of intros
6 pm - 5-mile hike along the Shoal Creek Trail (flat, mostly shaded, and casual)
7:45 pm - Return to Downtown Austin
8 pm - Healthy dinner in Downtown (TBC) together to refuel and keep the conversations going!

Good to Know:

Gear: Bring water and wear comfortable walking shoes.
Dogs: Four-legged friends are very welcome (leashed and trail-ready)!
