An evening of coming home
This evening is an invitation to drop out of the mind and back into the body. Here, in a space held with intention and care, the noise begins to settle, and you can finally listen to your heart's guidance.
You were not designed to move through this alone, on Friday 26th evening, we come forward together to breathe in community and hold each other, authentically.
The evening unfolds in three movements:
🤎 Ceremonial Cacao Ritual: Cacao as a bridge between Earth and heart, opening us gently into presence.
🫁 Breathwork Journey: a guided conscious connected breathing immersion, creating space for whatever is ready to be seen, felt, or released.
🌀 Sharing Circle: an intimate space to reflect, integrate, and reconnect with our intentions, held with warmth and care.
No experience needed. Come as you are and we’ll meet you there.
Your Facilitators
Mich: Passionate about yogic, tantric & somatic creative living, Mich has facilitated rituals and intentional spaces for thousands of humans. She infuses her love and intuitive gifts into everything she does, caring for everyone around her and empowering you to be free and embodied in your magic.
Marta: Founder of The Genuine Wave, Marta facilitates breathwork and integrative coaching that guides people into somatic coherence and embodied living. She is trained across a variety of powerful mind-body techniques and is led by her core values of freedom, integrity, community and love, woven in everything she does.
