About Event

I started hosting small Women in Tech events to meet people in the city when I moved to Vancouver 2 years ago. Our events try to 'Take a Byte' out of the city by exploring restaurants and local events such as the FIFA Fan Fest, Christmas Markets and a Paint N' Sip.

I lived abroad for a few years in Finland before moving back to Canada. During my time in Helsinki I fell in love with the Sauna culture, especially in how it builds community and connection. That's why my next event will be at the Good Sauna at Container Brewing!

Take a Byte is a casual space for Shes and Theys in Tech. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out in your career, join us to connect, learn, and have fun ☺️
