

Krav Maga / self defense class
Krav Maga / self-defense class. Here you'll gain a good understanding of conflict, de-escalation, legal considerations, and close combat basics – so you're not an easy target. This is the 1st session. The plan is to have 4–8 sessions in April, which will help build your confidence in handling simple but common attacks—such as aggression, grabs, or punches–the kind you might encounter in a rough neighborhood or a corporate party that gone wrong.
Classes are open to everyone, ladies and gentlemen alike (18+).
How it's gonna look like?
We'll go straight into games & drills, simulating simple yet realistic bullying/attack scenarios.
Instructor
Ed (certified Krav Maga instructor).
Requirements
* Wear comfortable sportswear (t-shirt, shorts). We'll be training outdoors on the beach, so shoes are optional.
* Bring a thick towel, which you'll fold and use as protective padding during training.
