Something is happening to women at work right now.
AI is reshaping jobs. Companies are restructuring. DEI programs are shrinking or disappearing. Flexibility is tightening. Caregiving pressures are increasing. And many women are quietly asking:
What is actually happening to us at work right now?
This Think Tank is a space to talk about the raw version — not the polished corporate one.
We’ll explore:
What women are seeing in layoffs, promotions, restructuring, and leadership opportunities
How AI is changing roles, expectations, and career paths
What happens as DEI, sponsorship, and women’s leadership programs are reduced or renamed
Return-to-office, flexibility, caregiving, and the economics of staying in the workforce
Where women may be losing ground — and where new forms of power and opportunity are emerging
What women can build for ourselves when institutions no longer provide the same support
You’ll leave with:
A clearer picture of what women across industries are actually experiencing
Language to distinguish structural issues from assumptions or isolated experiences
Practical ideas for strengthening your own career resilience, network, and AI capability
Actions we can take inside our workplaces and local communities
New connections with women navigating many of the same questions
Just an honest look at the state of women at work —and a collaborative conversation about what we build together next.
