The Courage to Connect: Leading with Heart in a High-Stakes World

-with Moe Carrick & Special Guest Amy Elizabeth Fox

“I do not know of another way to help leaders lean into their full nobility or their full possibility than to help them un-numb their hearts, and to understand why numbness was there in the first place.”
— Amy Elizabeth Fox, Co-Founder and CEO of Mobius Executive Leadership

Leadership is Hard. Disconnection Makes It Harder.

The higher you rise, the more pressure, complexity, and responsibility you carry. You’re juggling growth, retention, culture shifts, a global polycrisis, and bottom-line results—while trying not to lose yourself.

Somewhere along the way, many leaders go numb.

Not intentionally. Not because they don’t care. But the weight of it all—the tough decisions, relentless pace, and uncertainty—makes real connection seem impossible.

But here’s the thing: numbness isn’t a leadership strategy. Connection is.

This exclusive roundtable will dive into what it takes to lead with heart, build trust, and create a lasting culture—even in high-stakes environments.

🔥 Why leadership numbness happens—and how to un-numb your heart for a more profound impact
🔥 How to build genuine connections in leadership, even under extreme pressure
🔥 The Heart Habit™—a momentum tool for creating trust and belonging
🔥 How to align leadership teams without burnout so they can drive sustainable culture and growth
