​Grace Francisco is a seasoned tech executive with 20+ years leading developer and product initiatives across enterprise, fintech, consumer, and gaming at Microsoft, Intuit, Atlassian, Roblox, MongoDB, and Cisco. She’s co-authored three patents, founded advisory firm m2i, and serves as a board member of The Code Registry as well as cofounder/partner of EMG. An active angel investor and LP at Emmeline Ventures, Grace frequently speaks and writes on AI, developer innovation, and Philadelphia’s growing tech ecosystem.
​Josh Mastromatto is the co-founder and CEO of Rego, an AI-powered waste analytics company founded in Philadelphia in 2020. As aTRUE Certified Zero Waste Advisor and former professional athlete, Josh brings a unique combination of discipline, performance analytics, and systems thinking to solving complex waste challenges. After retiring from sports, he recognized that the same data-driven principles used to measure performance on the field could be applied to measuring, predicting, and preventing waste in cities.
​Carlos Valles-Diaz is a Generative AI Product and Strategy Manager at Accenture and founder of Moi, a platform bringing AI-powered automation to blue-collar businesses. He has led more than 18 Generative AI initiatives across industries, including mining, insurance, and field services, and holds a patent in HR AI solutions. Â
​Aviram Adi is a Philadelphia-based entrepreneur and real estate investor building companies across development, renovations, and drone-powered exterior cleaning. He focuses on bringing modern AI and automation into traditional industries to improve efficiency and scale. Outside of work, he enjoys sharing lessons from building businesses and exploring new technologies.
