​本イベントでは、AIスタートアップ「Junior」(www.junior.so)を展開するKuse(www.kuse.ai)の知見をもとに、いま注目される「AI従業員（AI Employees）」という新しい働き方について、中小企業（SME）の視点から深掘りします。

​​​近年、AIツールは急速に普及していますが、現場では「ツールが増えるだけで業務は減らない」「使いこなせない」といった課題も多く聞かれます。特に中小企業においては、人材不足とコスト制約の中で、限られたリソースで事業を成長させる必要があります。

​​​本イベントでは、そうした背景の中で登場した「AI従業員」という概念にフォーカスします。これは単なるツールではなく、Slackやメール、社内ドキュメントに接続し、業務を理解しながら自律的に働く“チームメンバーとしてのAI”です。

​​​当日は、CEOによる基調講演に加え、実際にAI従業員を導入した企業やパートナーによるリアルな事例をもとに、導入のメリットだけでなく、信頼性・運用・ROIといった実務的な論点についても議論します。

​Overview

​This event delves into the concept of "AI Employees," a new way of working based on insights from Kuse(www.kuse.ai), the developer of the AI startup "Junior."(www.junior.so) We will explore this topic from the perspective of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

​While AI tools have spread rapidly in recent years, many businesses report challenges such as "tools increasing without reducing the workload" or "an inability to use them effectively." SMEs, in particular, must grow their business with limited resources amidst labor shortages and cost constraints.

​This event focuses on the "AI Employee" concept that has emerged against this backdrop. These are not merely tools, but "AI as team members" that connect to Slack, email, and internal documents to work autonomously while understanding business operations.

​In addition to a keynote speech by the CEO, we will discuss practical issues such as reliability, operations, and ROI, based on real-world cases from companies and partners that have actually implemented AI employees. We also offer opportunities for direct dialogue between participants and speakers through networking and demo experiences.

​Yuhao Xu (Austin) is the CTO & Co-Founder of Kuse AI(www.kuse.ai) and Junior (junior.so). Before founding Kuse in 2024, he spent 3 years at Meta (Facebook) where he worked on Stories and products for emerging markets, and later served as Engineering Manager at SmartNews. Yuhao holds an MS in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Computer Science from Zhejiang University. He was recently featured in Business Insider for his journey from Big Tech to building an AI startup.

​1981年、栃木県生まれ。中学生の頃よりプログラミングに熱中し、個人でシェアウェア等を開発。2005年、東京工業大学工学部情報工学科を卒業。Web上の情報の整理、可視化への興味をきっかけに、「世界中の良質な情報を必要な人に送り届ける」ことをミッションとし、2012年に株式会社ゴクロ（現スマートニュース株式会社）を共同創業。共訳書に『実用Git』（オライリー・ジャパン）など。

​Kaisei Hamamoto is CEO and co-founder of SmartNews. Born in 1981 in Tochigi Prefecture, Kaisei has been deeply immersed in the world of programming from as young as middle school and has made his own shareware among other projects. In 2005, he graduated from Tokyo Institute of Technology’s School of Information Engineering. Kaisei's curiosity in organizing and visualizing information on the web led him to co-found SmartNews, Inc. in 2012 with the mission of "delivering the world's quality information to the people who need it." Among other works, he has co-translated “Version Control with Git” (O'Reilly, Japan) into Japanese.

オプティ株式会社 代表取締役/OPTI Inc. CEO

​オプティ株式会社CEO。米国大学留学後、大手製造業、海外金融機関での金融営業及び商品組成の経験を経て、欧州系戦略ファームにて税務戦略部門設立。2010年に現職。JETROや経産省の他、製造業やゲーム会社、ECクライアントに世界各地のアドバイスおよびコンプライアンスを数多く対応。また、グローバル税申告ソフトMyOptiにて税申告業務の一元管理を実施。PIVOTに出演し最新のグローバル税制を解説した。​​

​CEO of Opti, Inc. After studying at a university in the United States, he gained experience in financial sales and product structuring at a major manufacturing company and an international financial institution, before establishing the tax strategy division at a European strategy consulting firm. He assumed his current position in 2010.

​In addition to working with organizations such as JETRO and Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, he has provided global advisory and compliance support to numerous clients, including manufacturing companies, game companies, and e-commerce businesses. He also oversees centralized tax filing operations through the global tax filing software MyOpti. He has appeared on PIVOT, where he explained the latest global tax systems.
