DDTW: Aalborg | The Electronic Warfare Edge
Danish Defense Tech Week: Aalborg | The Electronic Warfare Edge
As part of Danish Defense Tech Week 2026, Defense Innovation Highway brings its national Defense Tech Meetup series to Aalborg focused on Electronic Warfare and the increasingly contested electromagnetic environment. The event is co-organized by BusinessAalborg.
Electronic Warfare is no longer a supporting capability operating at the edge of the battlefield. It increasingly determines whether forces can communicate, navigate, detect targets, operate unmanned systems, and protect their own signatures.
The Aalborg edition will connect Ukraine’s operational experience with Denmark’s defense technology, industry, and research ecosystem to examine how EW capabilities are changing, what lessons are emerging from current operations, and how technologies can move faster from development and testing to operational relevance and scale.
The Ukrainian delegation joins Danish Defense Tech Week in partnership with IRON Cluster, a Ukrainian defense-tech cluster.
The meetup will bring together Danish and Ukrainian defense companies, military professionals, technology leaders, researchers, investors, and public-sector stakeholders for expert perspectives, panel discussions, dialogue, and networking.
Speaker announcements, specific discussion topics, and program updates will be added on an ongoing basis as we get closer to the event.
