---------------------------
Over the last few years, I’ve been steadily rebuilding parts of how we operate Untapped around AI.
I'm going to explain how my agents know what I need to work on every day ("personal memory"), what allows me to switch between codex, claude, grok ("work ledger"), how we designed our "firmOS" to hold rules, processes, workflows, and decisions while treating our existing tools as source of truth (eg. CRM, etc.)
I’ll also talk about the parts I deliberately don’t automate. We don’t delegate investment judgment to an AI score. Founder and LP relationships are human. Let's also talk about what doesn't work yet.
The broader question I’m interested in is not “Can a VC use AI?” Of course it can.
It’s: if you were designing a venture firm from scratch today, knowing what these systems can already do, what would you build differently?
This will be informal. Grab lunch, interrupt me, ask questions, and we can go deeper wherever the room is most interested.
Lunch will be catered by Bi-Rite and I'll have a variety of food.
