About Event
We all show up for different reasons. We all leave the same way: gassed.
Thursday night in Caserta. We meet at 20:00 at Via Vincenzo Crispo 18 and run the Reggia route.
What to expect:
Group warm up
Sprint intervals, run in waves so every pace has a group
Start and finish at the meeting point
Free and open to everyone. First time? Arrive ten minutes early and find a LACE crew member.
RSVP even if you are a maybe. It helps us plan the waves.
Run Together. Stay Longer.
