FREE weekly PE sessions for home-educated children aged 5+!🎉
Get ready to move, play, have fun and make friends! 🤸♀️⚽️
Led by Sam, these relaxed and engaging sessions will give children the chance to enjoy a variety of fun physical activities, games and challenges, with a focus on movement, coordination, teamwork and confidence. 💪✨
Expect a mix of:

⚖️ Balance & movement challenges
🏋️ Circuits & cardio activities

The sessions won’t be overly structured or competitive, the aim is for children to enjoy being active, build confidence and have fun together. 💚
