Know Your Normal — A Body Literacy Experience by Te Toca

​Most of us were never taught what our bodies are doing across our cycle, or what to feel for, and when. This workshop changes that.

​Join Te Toca Team and founder Camila Meade, women's health coach Noemi Miranda, and cycle expert Marina Hagen (LÜN) for 2 hours of education, conversation, and community at ON Labs in Zurich.

​You'll leave knowing what a breast self-check actually involves, when to do it, and what your personal normal feels like, without fear, without clinical overwhelm, and with a habit you can start this month.

Te Toca's mission: Te Toca is a body literacy system for women. We build the habit of breast self-awareness through a tactile guidance bra, a cycle-synced app, and live workshops, because most women were never taught to know their own bodies. We're changing that, one woman at a time.
