MONEY TALKS. wealth whispers. How women build wealth: strategies, decisions & mindsets
ALL EYES ON US, in partnership with Northern Tier Wealth Management at UBS, invites you to a morning conversation about how women build, grow and shape wealth over time.
By 2030, American women are expected to control nearly $30 trillion in financial assets. Women are building companies, leading organizations, receiving equity and creating unprecedented economic value — but earning money and building wealth are not the same thing.
At a certain point, the questions change.
How much capital should stay in your business? When does concentration become risk? How do you move from earning money to owning assets? And how do you make decisions around investing, liquidity, diversification and long-term financial independence?
Bringing together perspectives from wealth management, entrepreneurship, investing and academia, we’ll explore three bigger questions:
-How do you turn income, business success and equity into long-term personal wealth?
-How should women think about ownership, investing and risk as their wealth grows?
-What changes when the goal moves beyond earning more - toward financial independence, optionality and generational wealth?
