Paired & Poured - bringing restaurant operators up to speed

​Five wines. Five speakers. A room full of operators worth meeting.

​All Gravy and Storekit are hosting a speed wine tasting for hospitality leaders, and we’d love you to be there.

​Each pour will be introduced by Humble Grape’s Head of Wine, Carlos Santos, then paired with a 10-minute talk from an industry-leading operator on what’s keeping them ahead of the game right now. We’ll be discussing putting AI to work (not just what we’re building but how), expansion into new markets across the globe and keeping teams invested in the journey as the company grows.

​Arrive from 6pm for a glass of bubbles, with the first pour at 6.30pm.
