Join us for a very special coffee workshop led by Convivio Café socias (owners) Vivi + Kristin alongside an incredible guest: Leo ROASTER EXTRAORDINAIRE from Tres Pasos Coffee, all the way from Guatemala! ☕

Together, we’ll explore the journey of the humble coffee cherry — from the beautiful volcanic hillsides of Guatemala all the way to our cups here in Colorado.

Leo brings firsthand experience and a deep love for the craft, the people, and the land behind every cup. Come learn about Guatemalan coffee, the coffee supply chain, and why our roasted-at-origin model matters. Expect stories, learning, connection, and of course… delicious coffee tasting along the way.
