​Mayor Duane Gurulé of Rocky Ford will offer perspective from his remarkable journey from incarceration to elected office in a conversation centering human potential, service, resilience, and the shared work generating opportunities for redemption and contribution.

​Stacey Putka is the Executive Director of Breakthrough, an organization working alongside individuals as they navigate rehabilitation and re-entry. She will share insights how community, employers, and service organizations can help justice-involved individuals move from surviving to thriving.
