The Kinship Parent & Caregiver Foundations Course is an 8-session programme that take you from reactive to reflective. From confused to confident. From surviving to genuinely thriving alongside your child.
Each session builds on the last, covering everything from emotional development and co-regulation, to play, physical milestones, sensory needs, and — perhaps most powerfully — your own parenting style and what shaped it.
You will leave not with a rulebook, but with a way of seeing your child that lasts a lifetime.
