Forging the Future: Vendor Registration
Showcase your business's products or your organization at the Massachusetts LGBT Chamber of Commerce's Forging the Future: LGBTQ+ Business Conference on Friday, October 2, 2026, at Babson College.
Our vendor marketplace is an opportunity to connect with approximately 200 entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, business professionals, and community advocates throughout a full day of networking, learning, and collaboration. Dedicated networking breaks and meal periods are built into the conference agenda, providing exhibitors with ample opportunities to engage with attendees, build new relationships, and sell their products and resources.
Exhibitor registration is available to Massachusetts LGBT Chamber of Commerce members (product vendors preferred), corporate partners, and LGBTQ+ organizations and nonprofit organizations serving our community. Space is limited and expected to fill up.
Exhibit spaces will be located in two areas:
Main Hall – Our premier exhibitor location, offering placement inside the main conference hall alongside conference programming.
Atrium – Located just outside the main conference hall, providing excellent visibility as attendees arrive, network, and transition between sessions.
Your exhibitor registration includes all conference benefits, including breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and full access to keynote presentations, panel discussions, and educational sessions. During slower periods at your table, you're encouraged to participate in conference programming and enjoy the full attendee experience.
Need an extra set of hands? Vendors may add an additional representative to their table for $100, allowing a colleague to assist with staffing while also participating in the conference.
For your convenience, Knight Auditorium features large loading doors and a parking lot directly adjacent to the building, making setup and breakdown simple. A detailed map and event logistics will be provided closer to the conference date.
