Percepta Lounge - INFORMS 2026

​Welcome to the Percepta Lounge at INFORMS 2026!  We'd love to invite you to a private evening hosted by Percepta researchers Will Ma, Lavender Jiang and Connor Lawless.

We're bringing together a small group for a real conversation on where the field is headed. Conversation will cover agentic operations research, real-world deployment of superhuman decision systems, the role LLMs are starting to play in OR research and practice, and everything in between. If you're fascinated by the efforts to close the gap between what frontier tech promises and the real world, this evening is for you.

Percepta is a General Catalyst-incubated transformation company and neolab that embeds engineers and researchers directly into critical institutions. We're building out our research org (in NYC and in Boston) and would love to spend the evening with people thinking seriously about optimization, game theory, decision-making under uncertainty, and reinforcement learning.
