About Event

Take time to unwind, settle your mind, and tune in to your inner landscape. Using gongs, singing bowls, voice, and chant, this sound bath creates a tranquil space for rest, reflection, and gentle exploration.

Inspired by the contemplative practice of dream work, the experience invites participants into the quiet threshold between waking and sleeping—a space where rest, imagination, and inner reflection naturally unfold.

You’ll be invited to drift between wakefulness and sleep, allowing the body to deeply relax while the mind enters the liminal space where dreams, intuition, and imagination often arise.

About the Sound Facilitator

Music has been at the heart of Jade Madrone's life for as long as she can remember. A songwriter, performer, and graduate of the Boston Conservatory with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance, she spent more than twenty years performing in operas, musicals, choirs, and bands.

Over time, she discovered that what most inspired her wasn't performing on stage, but creating experiences where sound could help people soften, rest, and reconnect with themselves. Her sound baths weave together a lifetime of musical practice with years of training in sound healing, offering a space for deep relaxation, reflection, and renewal.

Over the past decade, Jade has studied sound healing facilitation through gong intensives with Mitch Nur, Ph.D., and Mike Tamburo of 9ways Academia, the Sunreed Center, and private mentorship with Zacciah Blackburn and Susan Barney. Her spiritual studies include dream work with Rabbi Dr. Jill Hammer, and she is currently enrolled in Rabbi Nadya Gross's Wisdom School.
