Paul has spent 25 years building companies, the last 15 in B2B tech. He co-founded Ceros and Sales Impact Academy, served as CRO at UNiDAYS, and has raised over $100M in US venture capital along the way. He now works with founders as a CEO coach, Operating Advisor at Bessemer Venture Partners, EIR at Episode 1 Ventures, and co-founder of InThisTogether.vc, a transatlantic deal-by-deal fund. He's particularly focused on go-to-market, fundraising and helping UK founders crack the US. Anouk is an ex-Chief People Officer, NED, and always an operator. She's spent 20 years in the People and Culture space and has a Masters in Business Management. After 12 years in-house scaling tech businesses, she founded Unleashed, supporting over 200 high-growth startups and scaleups across the UK and Europe grow from 10 to 1,000 people, across a huge range of sectors. Anouk is a fellow at Foundervine and a Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor to HRTech startups. in 2024 she co-founded Foundation Partners and Amplified People Group and has recently moved to the US to support clients with feet on the ground in the region that they are planning their biggest growth.Matt Oxley, Co-founder, USXP is a seasoned entrepreneur with 30+ years of experience scaling companies. He spent the last decade in the U.S. growing Opal into a successful B2B SaaS business, where he remains as President and board member. Now back in London, he helps European startups expand into the U.S. with the backing and insight they need. He’s also an Entrepreneur in Residence at Smedvig Ventures and an active angel investor supporting early-stage founders.
