About Anna Sapra:
Anna Sapra works with founders and entrepreneurs, teaching pattern recognition, somatic intelligence, and decision-making. She writes about the brain-body connection and how it shapes how we lead, relate, and create. She has worked with leaders from Google, Dropbox, Open Table, Hims and Hers, Soho House, Oscar Health, Talkspace, Abercrombie and Fitch, Artsy, Lyft, Uber, and more. Her methodology blends Integral Psychology, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Behavioral Science to help clients navigate complex interpersonal dynamics, elevate their decision-making, and operate with clarity under pressure. Before coaching, she spent nearly a decade as a Project Manager and Creative Producer at agencies leading campaigns for brands including Spotify, Bumble, and Coinbase, and in-house on teams at Patreon and Away. These years of experience taught her how to navigate complexity, bridge creative vision with execution, and collaborate across creative, strategic, and human layers of business.
