About Event

Ăn Xôi (Eat Sticky Rice) is a nomadic dining experience curated by Saigon-born, NYC-based Chef Thảo Bùi. Her team will take over the House for a limited-time culinary experience highlighting the boons of Central Vietnam.

Your reservation includes a prix-fixe three-course meal, journeying through the narrative flavors of historic Hội An to coastal Đà Nẵng. Additional small plates and beverages will be available à la carte for purchase.

A sneak peek at the menu:

  • First Course | Gỏi Hải Sản (Coastal Herb Seafood Salad)

    • A refreshing, bright seafood salad tossed in a tangy vinaigrette, topped with toasted peanuts, fried shallots, fresh herbs, and toasted rice powder

  • Main Course | Cao Lầu: Hội

    • An’s specialty noodle dish takes a starring role. Thick, chewy noodles tossed with savory char siu pork, fresh veggies, and fragrant aromatics

  • Dessert | Xu Xoa (Sea Glass Jelly)

    • A chilled translucent jelly served in a fragrant, floral ginger syrup

Chef Thảo sources the freshest seasonal ingredients, so menu items are subject to slight creative twists.

Due to the nature of a roaming kitchen, we are unable to accommodate substitutions or dietary restrictions outside of peanuts. Shellfish, peanuts, soy, and gluten are present.
