🎵 This is Zumba with a difference!
Our session uses fun, familiar children’s songs and is all about getting little ones up, moving and having fun with their mums. 💃
It is not traditional adult Zumba or a complicated class. There are no difficult routines to learn, just simple, playful movement that children can enjoy and join in with at their own level. ❤️
👶 Babies are welcome too!
Your little one doesn’t need to be walking or even standing to take part. Babies can happily join in on your lap or in your arms while you move together. 🥰
👧 Who can attend?
The session is open to all children, with mums responsible for their little ones. Girls of all ages are welcome, and boys under 10 are welcome too.
🚺 Women-only space: The venue space is exclusively for participating women, helping to create a comfortable environment for mums and children. Please note the room has windows, but they are not accessible for others to view inside.
👟 Wear comfy clothes and shoes, bring your water bottle💧 and most importantly, come ready to move, play and have fun together! 🎉
