​​Hosted by AWS Startups and Diversity VC, this event will bring together leading VCs, GPs, and other ecosystem stakeholders for a panel and Q&A discussion about how LPs are thinking about DEI in the current startup environment.

​​In this session, we will ask a selection of LPs to share their perspectives, including:

• ​​How have LPs evolved their thinking on DEI diligence in the last year?

• ​​What signals are they still looking for? What are green/red flags?

• ​​What have they heard from funds in their portfolios and during diligence?

• ​​What recommendations do they have for VCs who are raising, with or without a DEI strategy in place?
