Born in a dorm room, packed with Thai spice! Titalie’s crispy creation proves great flavor doesn’t need a big budget. Crisps. friends. and an ice-cold Thai beer. Always a good time.

-Grilled Pork Jowl over Sticky Rice wrapped in Roasted Seaweed-
It all began in a Bangkok night market, where Titalie and her husband shared their first meal — the inspiration for this dish.
ก๋วยเตี๋ยวแกงเนื้อ "Kuai Tiao Gaeng Neua”
-Tita’s Special Thai Curry Beef Noodle Soup-
Steeped in the flavors of Thailand’s diverse food heritage, this tender beef in a spiced coconut curry is more than a meal — it’s a memory. Passed down from her grandmother, it’s the recipe Titalie has mastered over the years and proudly calls her signature dish.

Growing up, one of Titalie’s favorite snacks was crispy fried bananas, a beloved Thailand street food her mom often bought for her. This dish is inspired by her childhood and the flavors of home she misses dearly.
