Money Is an Inside Job is an experiential workshop exploring the psychology behind our finances. Through guided reflection, somatic practices, and compassionate inquiry, we will look beneath the numbers to understand what is actually driving our money patterns.
This workshop is for anyone who feels stuck in familiar money dynamics and is curious about how they might relate to it differently.

I worked for over a decade as a Wall Street macroeconomist and investment strategist at J.P. Morgan, UBS, and Nomura
I now work as a mindfulness-based somatic psychotherapist and executive coach with folks in finance and tech
My work in money therapy grew out of a deep examination of my own relationship with financial anxiety and money patterns
I actively support individuals and couples in navigating money, work, and relationships
I have an MA in economics from Columbia University and an MA in mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling from Naropa University
I grew up in the post-industrial town of Ellwood City, PA and now split my time with my wife and son between Brooklyn and Woodstock, NY
