Guest Speaker:
We are delighted to have Rimi as our guest speaker for this session. Rimi is a personal finance content creator and Senior Business Analyst in the gaming industry, with 5 years of experience in analytics. With numbers being a central part of both her professional work and personal life, Rimi identified a gap in financial literacy among young adults and racialized folks, and made it her mission to help others navigate the financial world.
Since moving to Canada from Nigeria in 2019, she has built a successful career in analytics and paid off her loans, an achievement she proudly shares to inspire others to take control of their finances. Through her blog Wealth Savvy Gen Z, and her social media presence on TikTok and Instagram, Rimi provides valuable insights and practical tips on saving, budgeting, investing, and managing money.
Her mission is to empower individuals to take control of their finances early, as mastering personal finance can be life-changing.
