[Audi Revolut F1's Director Finance & HR] Audi Revolut F1: Inside the $215 Million Paradigm
Join Revolut Business to learn how to architect a world-class Global Motor Sports Team from Markus Massouh, Managing Director Finance & HR of the Audi Revolut F1 Team.
Six races into their debut season, the Audi Revolut F1 Team is proving that success in 2026 requires absolute financial precision. The real masterclass goes beyond the car: it is the fiscal engineering operating behind the scenes.
From managing a cross-border ecosystem across three countries to building a "contingency pool" for million-dollar repair bills, Markus Massouh has architected a finance function that fuels technical innovation without breaking the cap.
We will cover:
The $215 Million Paradigm: Navigating the 2026 cost cap. We will explore the strategic trade-offs between long-term infrastructure and immediate car performance.
Building a Buffer for the Unknown: Markus’s playbook for creating a financial "contingency pool" to absorb technical setbacks and crash damage without stalling the development roadmap.
Cross-Border Leadership: The operational realities of aligning engineering hubs in Switzerland, Germany, and the UK into a single, high-performance business unit.
