Embodied Leadership: Navigating Complexity Through Movement
This interactive 1-hour online workshop explores how movement, mindfulness, and embodied practices can strengthen wellbeing, social connection, and leadership in everyday life. Blending guided movement, reflection, and group discussion, the session creates a supportive space for participants to reconnect with themselves and others while exploring the role of the body in stress regulation, communication, confidence, and community-building.
Grounded in dance, yoga, public health, and social policy, the workshop highlights how movement can be used as a tool for emotional resilience, collaboration, empathy, and creative expression—particularly in times of stress, transition, or disconnection.
