This is a closed-door lunch for founders and CFOs taking their company from New Zealand to the world.
Going global from New Zealand is a different game. The home market is small, the customers are a long way away, and the questions pile up fast: which market first, when to put people on the ground, how to price, get paid and move money across borders without losing margin along the way. Over lunch, we will lead a roundtable where founders and CFOs share what they've tried, what worked, and what they'd do differently. Because everyone tells you to go global from day one, and no-one hands you a playbook for actually doing it from the bottom of the world.
