Liberating our Creative Energy through Internal Family Systems (IFS)

​A gift to the Artizen community: six creators are offering free workshops to uplift and empower Artizen creators, in the spirit of generosity we want to keep cultivating in this community.

​This gift comes from the heart of people in the Artizen community who support and uplift the Mayan ancestral community of Las Abejas de Acteal, whose project "Casa de Paz" (House of Peace) won the #1 prize a few weeks ago, thanks to the support of many generous people who believe in their dedication to intergenerational peacebuilding in this world, inspiring many.

​Creative blocks are rarely about lack of skill. They are often skillfully protective parts of us trying to keep us safe from judgment, failure, or exposure. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), this workshop offers a gentle and insightful way to meet those parts directly, understand what they are guarding, and free up their energy to support, instead of block, the creative process. No prior IFS experience needed, just curiosity about your own inner world.
