Aigul Ami is a certified professional coach (ACC ICF) who has navigated two major immigrations (London, NYC) and two complete career pivots — from Finance in Oil & Gas to High-End Fashion Production, and then to Luxury Retail Management. She knows the Identity Gap firsthand, and today she helps other high-achieving women stop "surviving" and start leading their next chapters with confidence.
Aigul said: "What exactly is coaching?" — this is by far the most common question I get. Not just from friends or acquaintances, but from professionals, executives, and even members of this very community. Every call, every meeting, every conversation inevitably circles back to it: “What does a coach actually do? How is it different from therapy, mentoring, or consulting?
