Bangalore Local Hub | Boo-Boos & Breakthroughs: Share your facilitation fails. Solve your next challenge with Community
Every facilitation has one. The activity fell flat. The energiser that drained the room. The debrief where nobody said a word.
At our fourth L&D Shakers Bangalore Hub meetup, we are bringing those stories out into the open, and then using the wisdom of the room to tackle the challenges we are facing now.
What to expect
👻 Ghost Stories from the Training Room
Two or three practitioners share their most memorable facilitation fails: what went wrong, how they handled it, and what they'd do differently. Expect honesty, laughter, and a few "I've been there" moments.
