Light Dao Salon: The Alchemy of Building Confidence (Lisbon)
Guest Speaker: Lucy Antrobus
Oooh are you in for a treat. One of my favorite multi-hyphenates, Lucy is going to be bringing to us the scientific building blocks for building confidence (applicable to world leaders through to shy entrepreneur).
You'll get to experience first hand how to:
- biohack yourself for shameless confidence and/or turn anyone into a public speaking pro within a matter of hours
- shift from a state of performance into play
- and hear her inspiring stories of transformation from empowering mute refugees, to unexpectedly shy world leaders, to how principles of chemical equilibria enable you to manufacture miracles on demand!
About Lucy Antrobus:
Lucy is an entrepreneur, alchemist, and expert on building confidence.
All of us have felt underestimated at some stage in our lives. Lucy has the ability to transform those challenges into competitive advantage, turning the underdog into the extraordinary. She specializes in building confidence for world leaders facing high-stakes scenarios, such as representing their nation on the global stage or navigating life-threatening situations.
With a science-based methodology, her workshops have brought life-changing mindsets and attitudes to thousands of people spanning 60+ countries and across all walks of life: from Silicon Valley executives to heads of government agencies and refugee camps. Working with Lucy has been described as "electricity in a bottle," and the meaning of her name in Latin is light—something she strives to spark in everyone she meets.
She recently brought her alchemist’s touch into the foodie arena: launching Edible Chemistry in 2025, a multidimensional fermentation school, and has a luxury chocolate brand in the pipeline…
