Welcome to the G.J. Gardner Homes Academy of Sales Excellence (ASE) YR1 Training – Day 1. The ASE is our foundation sales program designed to challenge, stretch, and grow every NHC regardless of experience level.
This session runs for five hours and is the first of four consecutive days. Attendance at all sessions is strongly encouraged. Please have a printed copy of the ASE Workbook with you — we will reference it throughout the session. You do not need to pre-read it, but it is essential to have it in front of you.
The workbook is a 43-page participant guide covering three key areas:
Part 1: Differentiating G.J. Gardner from competitors by building genuine trust with prospects
Part 2: Mindset and behavioural factors that influence sales performance (Will to Sell, Damaging DNA)
Part 3: The HOME sales model — from initial greeting through to close, objection handling, and post-close follow-up
