​Camp Collective is an all-inclusive, 3-night retreat hosted by The Collective by CNY Women's Network.
​This is the ultimate reset in nature for ambitious, growth-minded women who crave community, nature, and that magical feeling of summer camp—reimagined for the leaders we are now and for those stepping into leadership.
​Through hands-on leadership and personal-growth workshops and classic camp experiences—from paddling on the water to fireside conversations—you’ll invest in your growth and build lifelong connections.

​What: All-inclusive 3-night retreat
Where: Great Camp Sagamore, Raquette Lake, NY

​What To Expect:
​Hosted at the historic Great Camp Sagamore, our retreat offers a rare opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and lean into something slower and wildly fulfilling.
​Camp Collective opens Thursday night with dinner, a networking mixer, and a panel discussion led by guest women leaders.
​On Friday, we’ll officially kick off the weekend with an exclusive Community Day just for our campers, filled with leadership and personal growth workshops, plus connection-driven camp experiences like sunrise paddling and a sunset campfire.
​Beginning Friday night, we’ll join the official Women in the Woods retreat at Great Camp Sagamore, where you’ll have access to nature-based programming, meaningful rest, and a one-of-a-kind Adirondack experience. See the itinerary for details!

​All meals are served in the majestic Dining Hall overlooking Sagamore Lake. Enjoy three dining-hall style meals a day in a welcoming, communal setting. The “dinner bell” rings before each meal—adding a touch of nostalgia to our shared experience.

​Do I need to be a member of The Collective to register?
​Not at all. While the event is hosted by The Collective by the CNY Women’s Network, registration is open to all women. We’d love to welcome you!
​About Camp Sagamore
​Great Camp Sagamore was built in 1897 by visionary Great Camp designer William West Durant on 1,526 acres of remote wilderness in the Adirondack Park. The Camp was a wilderness retreat for the Vanderbilt family for half a century. Learn more here!
​About Women in the Woods
​Camp Collective is inspired by the legacy of Anne LaBastille—ecologist, adventurer, and author of Woodswoman—who once led women's retreats at Great Camp Sagamore.
​We'll be joining Women In The Woods on Saturday and Sunday, a women-only program that empowers women to feel comfortable and confident in nature as well as offer the opportunity for connection, fun, and relaxation. Learn more here!
