Comedy Zone Presents: Jake Klark
You42 Studios brings production studios, entertainment, dining, and community together under one roof, while keeping sustainability at the heart of our operations and development.
From our internal recycling efforts to the way we approached the construction of our facility, we have made intentional choices to reduce waste, reuse existing resources, and minimize our environmental impact. We transformed the former Andretti Indoor Karting facility, working within the original footprint to limit new construction, reduce material usage, and preserve many of the building’s existing structures.
Throughout the facility, we incorporated previously used doors, windows, and other materials, giving existing resources a second life while reducing the demand for new materials. We also implemented sustainable construction practices designed to minimize waste, including custom-cutting bricks in half to maximize material efficiency, reduce excess, and lower our overall carbon footprint.
These efforts reflect our commitment to building a space that is not only designed for creativity, entertainment, and community, but also developed with greater consideration for the environment. By reusing, repurposing, and making thoughtful choices throughout the development and operation of You42 Studios, we continue to look for meaningful ways to reduce waste and operate more sustainably.
