Join us each Thursday morning as the sun rises over Lake Ontario for a nourishing practice of Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation, reflection, and sound healing.
Held outdoors in the beauty of Kew Beach, Sunrise Sadhana offers an opportunity to begin the day grounded, connected, and inspired. Each gathering is unique, drawing from the wisdom of Kundalini Yoga and guided by a monthly theme that supports personal growth and wellbeing.
Led by Dr. Stacy Thomas, Clinical Psychologist, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and Energy Medicine Practitioner.
What to Expect:
• Kundalini Yoga and mindful movement
• Breathwork and meditation
• Gentle sun-gazing practices (weather permitting)
• Sound healing with live handpan music
• Connection with nature and community
What to Bring:
• A yoga mat
• A beach towel or picnic blanket
• Water
• Layers to stay warm (early mornings by the lake can be surprisingly chilly)
• An open heart
