Spring Cacao Meditation

​Welcome Spring with heart opening meditation with Cacao..

​We meet to pause, recharge after long winter, and set the intentions for upcoming season 🫶

​

​​The ceremonial cacao is the “real” cacao before the cacao gets processed to be turned into the chocolate you might buy in the stores. It contains around 300 nutrients, for example magnesium, iron, calcium, and it is one of the superfoods. And it is delicious:)

​​The organic cacao improves the blood and oxygen flow to the brain. It induces the endorphin release and relaxes the muscles. It can make us feel happy and relaxed.

​​Meditation with Cacao may bring us sense of clarity and connection. Cacao is an opening heart plant, letting us to listen deeply what is inside us, anwering some questions or bringing some answers.

​​Drinking ceremonial cacao together with guided meditation and relaxation is a beautiful experience, letting you settle, connect and prepare for the new season.

What to expect:

​- Introduction to ceremonial cacao and the purpose of rituals
- Meditation with a cup of delicious ceremonial cacao
- Gentle breathwork
- A space to recharge and pause

​​What to bring:

​​a water bottle, a pen and notebook (if you want to write), yoga mat

​

​​We meet on Saturday, 21/3, at 15:00-16:00 in Ungdomens Hus, Sal 19, 4th floor (entrance from Torpgatan 21, the door on the left)

​​The ceremonial cacao is not recommended with serious heart conditions and while taking antidepressants or anti-psychotics (SSRIs). Please talk to your doctor if you have any questions connected to your health condition and drinking the ceremonial cacao.
